How to Purchase the Tickets
1. Install App to your smartphone
You must register your smartphone number to purchase the tickets and to receive the tickets.
Please download the EMTG Ticket App to your smartphone and enroll your "EMTG Lite member (free)"
2. Apply the ticket
During the period of tickets sales, which starts on 8 November 2018 at 10:00 (JST) and finishes on 21 November 2018 at 23:59 (JST), you will be able to submit your ticket applications on the EMTG website.
The application period has ended.
*In cases where the number of tickets applied for exceeds the available, tickets will be allocated through a random selection draw process.
*During application period, it will make no difference whether submit application on the first day, the last day or any time, as all applications will have the same chance of being successful.
*Maximum of two (2) tickets per applicant per event day will be available.
3. Notification of the Application Result
Tickets will be allocated through a random-selection draw process and all successful, partially successful and unsuccessful applicants will be duly notified of the outcome of their applications on 4 December 2018 at 18:00 (JST) by email.
4. Purchase the tickets
It will be possible to pay for tickets by following payment method:Credit card (VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, Diners), PayPal, China UnionPay
Payment Due:Tuesday, December 4, 2018,18:00 (JST) - Sunday, December 9, 2018,23:59 (JST)
Receiving the ticket(s):E-ticket displays will be available from March 6, 2019 (tentative schedule).
*Notification email “emtg.jp” will be sent once display of tickets begins.
5. How to enter the venue
If you get 2 tickets, 2 tickets will be displayed on your smartphone.
*Your accompanying person must enter the venue with you.
*Free Wi-Fi is not available at the venue, so please receive your e-ticket beforehand and ensure that the ticket is displayed on your smartphone.
Please do not forget to bring your smartphone with you!
Important Notes
Please read and confirm that you agree to the following terms and conditions
- All ticket requests for all tickets you want to apply for must be done in one (1) application for each event day.
Please note that you cannot change details of your application once you completed your application procedure (i.e.requesting for an additional ticket.)
- It is anticipated that there may be some high data traffic on the first day of the application period, but the order in which applications are received has no influence in who will win a ticket. The reservations are not secured unless you have completed your entry application.
- Reservations will be considered invalid if payment is not received within the payment period, so please ensure to not miss the payment deadline.
- Only the winner of the ticket personally may attend the event. No other person may substitute as an attendee, even if the person who has ticket is unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances nor can ticket charges be refunded in such case.
- If you forget or lose the smartphone that displays your e-ticket on the day, you will be unable to enter the venue.
- No changes, cancellations or refunds for applications may be made.
