If you register just before the event, admission may take time due to review.
We ask that you please complete your registration ahead of time.

For ticket purchasers, please ensure to submit your ID photo to EMTG before the deadline. If you fail to submit your ID photo, you will be refused admission.
*Only ticket purchaser needs to submit ID photo. Accompanying person has to be with a ticket purchaser at the gate.
*If you have already submitted a photo, you do not need to do so again. You can check your submission status on My Page.

• The ticket purchaser's identity will be verified upon entry by e-ticket ID photo.
  The ticket purchaser's name and submitted ID photo will be shown on the e-ticket.
  Only the individual picture shown on the ticket and his or her accompanying person will be allowed to access.
  If we are unable to verify your identity, you will not be allowed to access for any reason.
• Additionally, even if you have submitted an ID photo, you may be asked to present other identification documents if we have some difficulties confirming your identity, etc.
• Identification may be asked at the venue. Please be sure to bring your passport(not expired) on the day of the event.A copy of a passport is not enough and will be not acceptable.
• Please note that you are not allowed to enter the event if you are not identified yourself with your Passport.

• EMTG will review the ID photo you submitted to ensure that it is suitable for verifying your identity. If the photo is judged to be unsuitable, you will be sent an email request to re-register with instructions on re-submitting your ID photo, so please register a suitable ID photo.

• Once your ID photo is submitted, it can not be revised or changed unless it is rejected. Please use caution with handling your photo when uploading.
• If your photo is considered as an irrelevance, an email with instructions on how to resubmit your photo will be sent to your registered email address after the review. If you are using anti-spam measures (domain-specific filters, etc.), please configure your settings to allow email to be received from [emtg.jp].
  Please also ensure to check that your registered email address is correct on your EMTG My Page when applying.
• We receive a large volume of submissions, so the review may be time-consuming.
• Before submitting a photo, please check the
  [Recommended System Specifications].
  *The site may not work in the standard browser installed with Android 4.x. In that case, please use Google Chrome to submit your photo, or submit the photo from a PC.

About ID photo submission for your accompanying person

There is no need for an accompanying person to submit ID photo.
Please be advised that an accompanying person has to be with a ticket purchaser at the gate.

About the ID photo review

• If you register just before the event, admission may take time due to review.
• You can resubmit a photo even it is rejected after the final submission deadline. Photos will be re-examined.
