* On March 23rd and 24th, there will be no official practice on the practice rink.

* Sale is on a first-come, first-served basis
* Not all athletes will necessarily participate in the official practice. Please note that there will be no advance notice sent out about this.
* The music rotation of the official practice will not be announced.
* To see the official practice at both rink, a separate ticket is required.
* All seating in the designated area will be unreserved seating.
* Up to 4 official practice tickets can be purchased per person.
* Entry is not allowed for anyone under 3 years old. An admission ticket is required for anyone 3 and older.

How to Purchase the Tickets

1. Install App to your smartphone

You must register your smartphone number to purchase the tickets and to receive the tickets.
Please download the EMTG Ticket App to your smartphone and enroll your "EMTG Lite member (free)"

2. Apply the ticket

During the period of tickets sales, which starts on 15 February 2019 at 12:00 (JST) and finishes on 28 February 2019 at 23:59 (JST), you will be able to submit your ticket applications on the EMTG website.
Since the sale of tickets will be on a first-come, first-served basis, it will be closed once the planned number has been reached.



The application period has ended.

Confirm Ticket Application

*Maximum of four (4) tickets per applicant per event day will be available.


3. Purchase the tickets

It will be possible to pay for tickets by following payment method:Credit card (VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, Diners), PayPal, China UnionPay

Payment will be processed at the time of application.
Please note that details cannot be changed or tickets canceled after purchase.
The sale will close as soon as the planned number of tickets have been sold.
Receiving the ticket(s):E-ticket displays will be available from March 6, 2019 (tentative schedule).

*Notification email “emtg.jp” will be sent once display of tickets begins.


4. How to enter the venue

If you get 4 tickets, 4 tickets will be displayed on your smartphone.
*Your accompanying person must enter the venue with you.

*Free Wi-Fi is not available at the venue, so please receive your e-ticket beforehand and ensure that the ticket is displayed on your smartphone.

Please do not forget to bring your smartphone with you!


Important Notes

Please read and confirm that you agree to the following terms and conditions

  • All ticket requests for all tickets you want to apply for must be done in one (1) application for each event day.
    Please note that you cannot change details of your application once you completed your application procedure (i.e.requesting for an additional ticket.)
  • No other person may substitute as an attendee, even if the person who has ticket is unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances nor can ticket charges be refunded in such case.
  • If you forget or lose the smartphone that displays your e-ticket on the day, you will be unable to enter the venue.
  • No changes, cancellations or refunds for applications may be made.
  • Flowers and gifts cannot be thrown on the ice during official practice period. There is also no gifts collection area in the venue on March 18 and 19. At the practice rink, there will be no gifts collection area during the entire event. Presents will be collected from March 20 at the main rink only.
  • The display of banners is prohibited due to the structure of the venue.
  • There will be no merchandise booths at the practice rink. Also, on the 18th and 19th, there will no merchandise booths at the main rink.
  • Since the sale of tickets will be on a first-come, first-served basis, it will be closed once the planned number has been reached.
